Resort amenities include:

Swimming Pool, Hot Tub & Water Park

​Enjoy a refreshing swim in the Windsor Hills resort pool with 140,000 gallons of sparkling clear blue water! The kids will love our colorful water park with two slides! The large, 10 person spa is the perfect place to relax!

Don’t forget to take your towels (there’s pool towels available near the laundry facilities at the villa) – you can take drinks and snacks (no glass) or you can purchase at the Marketplace.

Opening hours of the Water slide and Aqua Park can be impacted by weather conditions:

• Temperature 55°F (13°C) and Below: The water slides will remain closed.
• Temperature 56°F (13°C) to 64°F (18°C): The water slides will be open upon request, with staff available to assist.
• Temperature 65°F (18°C) and Above: The water slides will be open as usual.

Fitness Centre

Windsor Hills has a small fitness center open to those over 18 years old, located at the Clubhouse. Don’t forget to bring a towel and some water!
Fitness Center Hours: 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM

Tennis

The floodlit tennis courts are where you can practice your tennis swing. There are two tennis courts which are lit during the evenings.
You’ll be able to rent the tennis rackets and tennis balls from the welcome center. All you need to provide them is a refundable deposit.
Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Volleyball

The sand or beach volleyball court is a great place to get your workout with the rest of the family.
You can rent a volleyball from the welcome center. You’ll need to give them a refundable deposit.
Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

The Putting Green

The large 9 hole putting green is a great place to practice your shots! If you don’t have your own clubs you can rent them from the welcome center. To rent a putter you’ll just need to give them a refundable deposit.
Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

The Basketball Court

If you’re interested in throwing a few hoops, then the floodlit basketball court is where you want to be.
You can rent a basketball from the welcome center. All you’ll need to give them is a refundable deposit.
Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Playgrounds

There are playgrounds around the community:

Castle Playground (about 12 mins walk from the house at the pace of our 4 year old!)
There you’ll find a castle themed playground complete with drawbridge, sandy moat with a dragon, a giant chess board, plenty of slides, sea-saws, ride-on toys, tunnels and swings.
The castle playground is located at the intersection of Teascone Blvd (the main road into Windsor Hills) and Dinville St.
You will need to enter the access code (on the gate) to access this playground.

Other Playgrounds
Feature small slides, swings and a jungle gym.
There is also a seating area where you can relax while the little ones are exploring the playground.
Playground #1 is located at the intersection of Teascone Blvd (the main road into Windsor Hills) and Holtrock St. (this is the closest to our home, and takes no more than 4 minutes to walk (at the pace of our 4 year old!!))
Playground #2 is located at the intersection of Pawnall St. and Bowring St.

Game Room, Movie Theatre

At the Clubhouse, there’s an arcade for all to enjoy and a billiards table.

Marketplace

You can find out what’s happening at Windsor Hills through the Activities Calendar – this shows hours (pool, waterpark, Welcome Centre and Marketplace) as well as Movies playing in the Movie Theatre at the Clubhouse and activities at the Pool, Breezeway, Game room etc.
